On February ninth 2019 The Sanjeevini Trust organized a Cancer Awareness Camp in Rajiv Nagar Sirwar. About 60 men and women attended. A lady police officer was the chief guest speaker for the program. She said that many women ignore the health problems and do not recognize the early signs of cancer.. As a result curable diseases turn into incurable diseases. ‘She also described cancers which men are get from smoking and drinking alcohol. Everyone saw the video about cancer
This is Saleem he was suffering from Leprosy. The Sanjeevini Trust helped him all the way to cure his problem. Now he is completely fine and working as a volunteer for the Sanjeevini Trust; and the Sanjeevini Trust is helping him by the way of food to feed his family.
This is Ms. Chandrakala she is from a poor family and didn’t have enough financial support for nursing training, so the Sanjeevini Trust is paying for her nursing training. Now she is getting training in Navodaya Medical College in Raichur.
This is Abijit, age 18. He is suffering from Ankylosing Spondylitis disease. He is not able to sit or walk. He has had to lie on his bed for 1 year. He doesn’t have a father, only a mother and a brother. The Sanjeevini Trust is helping his family by the way of giving food and medical help. And also helps take him to Belgaum by ambulance for treatments.
